Please note as part of our environmental policy, we use biodegradable packaging and reuse cardboard boxes whenever possible. So please be aware that your goods may turn up in boxes with markings.

Returns accepted within 30 days from purchase.

The buyer have the right to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day that they receive the item.

Special Order & Customized Products – Non-Returnable Policy

For any products that are custom-ordered, personalized, or made to unique specifications per the customer’s request, these items are considered non-returnable. Once the order is placed and production begins, these special products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been manufactured uniquely for the individual customer.

Any customizations, alterations, or deviations from our standard product offerings make these items ineligible for return. We are happy to work closely with customers on special order requests, but please note that all such custom products are final sale with no option for return or refund once the order has been fulfilled.
